We're Hiring: Programs Manager
Pune, India — On-site | Full-time
AFIWAY places students into internships and training programs abroad, including hospitality placements in France and our other programs. We're looking for a Programs Manager to run our placement pipeline end to end, make sure every student gets the right support, and guide prospective students into our programs.
What You'll Do
• Own the end-to-end placement pipeline across AFIWAY's programs, from selection to placement.
• Coordinate with our partner institutions abroad, including hotels and restaurants in France, to manage placements.
• Be the main point of contact for students, Indian and international, guiding and supporting them at every stage.
• Keep student and program records accurate and up to date in the CRM.
• Guide prospective students through the program and help convert them into enrolled candidates (around 15% of the role).




• Coordinate day-to-day between the India team and our partners abroad.
What We're Looking For
• Excellent spoken English. You should be confident, clear, and firm on phone calls.
• At least 2-3 years of relevant work experience.
• A graduate degree.
• Experience in customer service, sales, or a client-facing role. Hospitality or international education experience is a solid plus.
• Someone serious, well-organised, and able to adapt to different situations.
Walk-in Interview
Shortlisted candidates will be called for a walk-in interview on Tuesday, 15th September, between 12 PM and 5 PM. The interview address will be shared by email with shortlisted candidates.
