Job Title: Response Management Executive

About the Role
We're hiring a Response Management Executive to monitor and manage online interactions across social media platforms and digital channels on behalf of our clients. This is a detail-oriented, communication-heavy role that requires someone who can represent brands professionally in written English.
What You'll Do
Monitor comments, mentions, and messages across 100+ social media accounts daily
Draft and publish timely, on-brand responses within defined TATs
Flag escalations and route them appropriately
Maintain response logs and trackers




Coordinate with internal teams for approvals and guidance on sensitive interactions
What We're Looking For
Strong written English — this is non-negotiable
Comfortable working 7 days a week (rotational offs may apply)
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
Own laptop is mandatory
Prior experience in social media, customer support, or community management is a plus
Ability to work independently in a remote setup
