ABOUT KAPS ADVERTISING
Kaps Advertising is an integrated creative, media and technology agency that builds brands and drives business outcomes for clients across categories. We're expanding our business development team and looking for someone who can bring in new business, convert inbound opportunities, and grow our existing client accounts.

ABOUT THE ROLE
As Business Development Manager, you'll manage the full revenue cycle — from prospecting and outreach, to pitching and closing inbound leads, to growing revenue within existing client accounts. This is an individual contributor role with full ownership of your pipeline and targets — you'll work closely with the Founder and with our creative, media and strategy teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Identify and reach out to potential clients through email, LinkedIn and calls to generate qualified leads
Manage inbound leads end-to-end — qualify, pitch, negotiate and close
Coordinate with internal creative, strategy and media teams to build pitches and proposals




Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing client accounts
Maintain accurate pipeline records and share regular progress updates
Build and manage relationships with client-side stakeholders

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
3–5 years of experience in business development or client servicing, within a creative, media, digital or advertising agency — agency background is required
A proven track record of generating leads and closing new business
Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills
Comfortable with outbound prospecting and owning a sales pipeline
Working understanding of the creative, media or digital ecosystem

Basic salary + performance incentives
