Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Field Recruiter role based in Gurugram. The Field Recruiter will manage end-to-end hiring for frontline and site-based roles, including sourcing candidates, screening profiles,



conducting interviews, and coordinating selection processes in line with business needs. The role involves partnering with hiring managers and site leaders to understand workforce requirements, organizing recruitment drives, and maintaining talent pipelines for multiple locations. The Field Recruiter will handle offer management, onboarding coordination, and compliance with internal policies and labor regulations. The role also includes maintaining recruitment data, preparing reports, and supporting employer branding initiatives to attract and retain diverse talent.
Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in full-cycle recruitment for field or frontline roles, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers, site leaders, and HR teams.
