Job Description
We're looking for a skilled Power BI Developer & Administrator to design impactful dashboards, manage our Power BI platform, and deliver data-driven insights to business stakeholders. This role blends hands-on BI development with platform administration in an enterprise workplace.
Key Responsibilities
Power BI Development
Design and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards, reports, and scorecards
Translate business requirements into reporting solutions
Build optimized data models (Star/Snowflake schemas), DAX measures, and KPIs
Perform data transformation using Power Query (M)
Integrate Power BI with SQL Server, Azure SQL, Excel,



SharePoint, Databricks, and cloud apps
Power BI Administration
Manage Power BI Service, workspaces, datasets, dataflows, and deployment pipelines
Configure gateway connections, user access, and security groups
Implement Row-Level and Object-Level Security (RLS/OLS)
Monitor capacity, performance, and refresh schedules
Support & Operations
Troubleshoot platform incidents and perform root cause analysis
Maintain SOPs, documentation, and knowledge base articles
Collaborate with Data Engineering, Analysts, and business stakeholders
Ensure compliance with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards.
The role is based in our office in SP Infocity, Pune – but it goes without saying that the remote & hybrid working is a part of our modern ways of working.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in
