We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Lead Product Owner to drive the vision, strategy, and execution of our Ordering Domain within the Telecom industry. This is a senior leadership role that requires a deep understanding of telecom ordering systems, agile methodologies, and stakeholder management. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business objectives and technology delivery, ensuring seamless order management capabilities across the organization.




Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
Define and own the product vision and roadmap for the Ordering domain, aligned with business goals and customer experience objectives.
Lead the prioritization of features and capabilities across order capture, order management, order orchestration, and order fulfillment processes.
Drive alignment with enterprise architecture and digital transformation initiatives.
Product Ownership & Delivery
Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring stories are well-defined, prioritized, and ready for sprint execution.
Collaborate with Scrum Masters and Agile delivery teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of product increments.
Define and validate acceptance criteria, user stories, and functional specifications.
Conduct sprint reviews, retrospectives, and stakeholder demos.
