Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly capable and experienced Business Analyst to join the team and work closely with business and technology stakeholders to understand business needs, translate them into clear requirements, and support the delivery of effective solutions. The ideal candidate should have a robust foundation in Business Analysis, excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities,



and the ability to confidently interact with stakeholders across different levels.
A key differentiator for this role is hands-on experience with Generative AI projects. The candidate should have practical exposure to Gen AI initiatives and be able to understand business problems, identify relevant AI opportunities, contribute to solution definition, and work effectively with technology/AI teams. The expectation is not just theoretical knowledge of Gen AI but demonstrated hands-on exposure to Gen AI projects and the ability to connect technology capabilities with real business problems and outcomes.
