Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Warehouse HR & Admin Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations and facility administration at our warehouse in Tiruppur.
The ideal candidate will have 3–4 years of hands-on experience handling a blue-collar workforce, managing contract labor agencies, ensuring statutory compliance, and overseeing facility operations in a fast-paced workplace.
Key Responsibilities
1. Workforce & HR Operations
Manage end-to-end blue-collar recruitment, onboarding, and documentation.
Coordinate with manpower supply agencies for contract labor allocation and floor planning.
Track daily attendance, shift rosters, overtime (OT), and leave records, and prepare accurate monthly payroll inputs.
Maintain complete employee master data, personal files, and HR documentation.
2. Employee Relations & Compliance
Serve as the primary point of contact for floor-level grievances, query resolution, and conflict management.
Maintain discipline and support employee engagement and welfare initiatives on the warehouse floor.




Ensure strict adherence to statutory compliance, including PF, ESIC, Minimum Wages Act, Factory/Establishment regulations, and applicable Tamil Nadu labor laws.
3. HR Analytics & Reporting
Generate and maintain routine HR MIS reports covering headcount, daily attendance, overtime, labor costs, and attrition rates.
Report key workforce metrics to management to optimize staffing costs and operational efficiency.
4. Administration & Facility Management
Oversee warehouse administrative functions, including housekeeping, physical security, transport, catering/canteen, and safety facilities.
Coordinate IT support, office equipment maintenance, and local vendor management.
Process vendor invoices, track administrative expenses, and manage local procurement of operational supplies.
Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: 3–4 years in HR & General Administration within a warehouse, logistics hub, or manufacturing plant.
