Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role based in Bengaluru. The Sales Manager will oversee regional sales operations, manage key customer accounts, and drive revenue growth for sliding door systems and interior hardware products. Daily responsibilities include leading and mentoring the sales team, setting sales targets, tracking performance metrics,



and preparing regular sales reports. The role involves developing and executing sales strategies, nurturing relationships with dealers, architects, interior designers, and contractors, and identifying new business opportunities in residential and commercial segments. The Sales Manager will collaborate with marketing, operations, and customer service teams to ensure timely delivery, strong brand presence, and a high-quality customer experience.
Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in sales management, including team leadership, target setting, and performance monitoring.
Strong skills in business development, negotiation, and relationship management with B2B and B2C customers.
Ability to analyze market trends, develop sales strategies, and prepare accurate forecasts and reports.
Experience in interior hardware, building materials, home furnishings, or related industries is highly beneficial.
