Location: Sultanpur, New Delhi

Job Summary

We are looking for a Sales Executive – GLP-1 Telesales responsible for handling incoming and assigned leads, understanding customer requirements, educating users about the GLP-1 healthcare program, booking consultations, and converting qualified leads into paid program enrollments. The role requires strong telesales, follow-up, objection-handling, and CRM management skills.

Key Responsibilities

Handle fresh and follow-up leads through calls.
Understand customer goals, health context, and readiness.
Explain the GLP-1 program and guide customers through the journey.
Book consultations and drive payment and onboarding.
Follow up consistently with interested and missed leads.
Maintain accurate CRM notes, dispositions, and follow-up schedules.
Handle objections related to pricing, safety,



side effects, outcomes, and commitment.
Coordinate with doctors, care teams, and operations for smooth customer handover.
Achieve daily/monthly targets for calls, consultations, conversions, revenue, and collections.
Build customer trust through empathetic and transparent communication.

Candidate Profile

1–4 years of experience in Telesales / Telecalling / Inside Sales.
Candidates from healthcare, pharmacy, diagnostics, weight-loss, wellness, edtech, or fintech telesales are preferred.
Strong sales closure and follow-up mindset.
Excellent spoken Hindi and decent English.
Comfortable with CRM systems and conversion-based sales targets.
Ability to manage multiple calls throughout the sales cycle
