Role Description The Arabic Patient Counselor (Medical Travel) will support Arabic-speaking patients throughout their medical journey, from initial inquiry to post-treatment follow-up. This full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram involves responding to patient queries, explaining treatment options,



and coordinating with hospitals and medical professionals to schedule consultations and procedures. The counselor will assist with travel arrangements, including transportation, accommodation, and documentation, ensuring a smooth and reassuring experience for patients and their families. Daily responsibilities include maintaining accurate patient records, managing communications across email, phone, and messaging platforms, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver high-quality service. The role requires a strong focus on customer satisfaction, cultural sensitivity, and clear, empathetic communication in both Arabic and English.
Qualifications
Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and a focus on Customer Satisfaction.
