Role Description The Management Trainee Human Resources [Certificate Only] internship is a remote role focused on learning and supporting core HR functions in a fast-paced technology setting. On a day-to-day basis, the trainee may assist with HR operations such as maintaining employee records, supporting onboarding processes, and coordinating documentation under the guidance of senior HR team members. The role can include helping draft and update HR policies, assisting in the administration of employee benefits, and contributing to personnel management activities such as attendance tracking and basic employee queries. The trainee may also support HR-related data entry, reporting, and participation in HR initiatives that align with the company’s growth and culture. This internship is designed to provide hands-on exposure, structured learning, and a certificate upon successful completion.
