Role Description The Assistant Manager – PCB Manufacturing is a full time, on-site role based in Kolkata. This position oversees day-to-day PCB production activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and coordination with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery. Responsibilities include monitoring process performance, implementing process improvements, and supporting adherence to safety, quality, and productivity standards.



The role involves supervising shop-floor staff, resolving operational issues, maintaining production documentation, and assisting in vendor coordination for materials and components. The Assistant Manager will also support management reporting, help drive cost optimization initiatives, and contribute to continuous improvement in manufacturing practices.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess skills in Production Planning and Production Management to manage schedules, workflows, and resource utilization effectively.
Candidates should possess skills in Manufacturing Operations and Operations Management to oversee day-to-day plant activities and ensure smooth, efficient processes.
