Role Description The HR Recruiter will manage end‑to‑end recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating selection processes for various roles within Dream Child Garbh Sanskar. Responsibilities include partnering with hiring managers to understand role requirements, preparing accurate job postings,



maintaining candidate pipelines, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The HR Recruiter will also support onboarding processes, maintain recruitment records, and contribute to employer branding initiatives and talent outreach. This is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Surat, requiring close collaboration with internal teams and adherence to organizational values and policies.
Qualifications
