Role Summary
We're hiring a hands-on Manager HR to independently own the full employee lifecycle hiring, onboarding, KPI/KRA-based performance management, employee relations, engagement, compliance and separation. This is a generalist role for someone who can build HR processes from the ground up, not just administer them, and who's comfortable driving accountability at a quick-growing technology company.

Key Responsibilities

Own end-to-end recruitment across tech, sales, operations and support from manpower planning and JD creation through sourcing (Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, consultants), interviews, offer negotiation and onboarding
Drive the KPI/KRA performance management cycle: define measurable goals with department heads, run appraisal cycles, track performance, and run Performance Improvement Plans for underperformers
Handle employee grievances and workplace investigations with fairness and confidentiality; act as the trusted HR interface between employees, managers and leadership
Design and run employee engagement initiatives — town halls, recognition programs,



feedback surveys, internal communication
Own HR policy design, labour law and statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, gratuity, POSH) and HR documentation
Manage attendance, leave and payroll input coordination with Finance; keep HRMIS/employee master data accurate
Track attrition, run exit interviews, and design retention interventions for critical talent
Manage disciplinary processes and employee separations (resignation, termination, F&F;) professionally and compliantly
Maintain HR dashboards and MIS — manpower, recruitment TAT, attrition, engagement, appraisal status — and report to leadership

Desired Candidate Profile

5–10 years of hands-on HR Generalist experience, ideally at an IT/SaaS/product/engineering/fintech company
Has personally run the complete employee lifecycle — not just recruitment coordination or payroll
Solid experience with KPI/KRA design and performance appraisal cycles
