Role Description The Account Executive will manage and grow customer relationships, focusing on industrial and infrastructure clients, and ensuring their needs are met through DIFD’s engineering and manufacturing solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying current business opportunities, conducting client meetings, preparing proposals and quotations,



and coordinating with internal engineering, production, and logistics teams for timely delivery and service. The role involves monitoring account performance, handling customer queries and concerns, and maintaining accurate records of sales activities and forecasts in CRM or equivalent systems. The Account Executive will collaborate with management to develop sales strategies, support contract negotiations, and provide regular reports on market trends and competitor activities. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Surendranagar.
Qualifications
Proven experience in account management, sales, or business development, preferably in engineering, manufacturing, or industrial solutions.
Strong customer relationship management skills, with the ability to understand client requirements and align them with technical solutions.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams such as engineering
