About Role
Ethinos is looking for a seasoned Social Media Manager – B2C who has strong experience working in a fast-paced agency environment and managing multiple consumer-facing brands.
The ideal candidate should be a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of B2C consumer behaviour, content ecosystems, platform strategies, and campaign-led storytelling. This role requires someone who can independently manage client relationships, lead social media strategy, guide internal teams, and ensure seamless execution across multiple accounts.
We are looking for someone who understands that successful B2C social media is not just about chasing trends, but about building relevant, consistent, and impactful brand communication.

Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end social media strategy and execution for multiple B2C clients across industries such as fashion, beauty, lifestyle, FMCG, retail, and consumer brands.
Develop social-first strategies,



including always-on content, campaign-led storytelling, and platform-specific communication.
Translate client business objectives into clear social media strategies, content pillars, campaign ideas, and platform-wise plans.
Oversee end-to-end campaign execution, including content calendars, creative briefs, approvals, publishing, and delivery.
Act as a key point of contact for clients, confidently managing client meetings, reviews, feedback, and expectations.
Collaborate closely with creative, copy, design, video, influencer, and performance marketing teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
Lead brainstorming sessions and contribute strategic and creative ideas for campaigns and brand initiatives.
Guide, mentor, and review the work of social media executives and junior team members to ensure quality and consistency.
