Position Overview:




We are seeking a seasoned Technical Project Manager / Head of Delivery with 10–15 years of end-to-end delivery management experience across enterprise- scale software and digital transformation programs. This role is responsible for owning the delivery lifecycle — from program planning, resource management, and execution governance to client engagement and P&L; alignment. You will oversee multidisciplinary teams, drive delivery excellence, mitigate risks and ensure that strategic outcomes are met across iTCart’s verticals.
You are not just a manager — you are a delivery leader, systems thinker, team builder, and a stakeholder translator who drives execution clarity in rapid-moving, high-stakes environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Delivery Leadership
· Own and govern the successful delivery of multiple parallel projects across BFSI, Insure Tech, HealthTech, and Real Estate domains.

· Set up scalable delivery frameworks (Agile, SAFe, Hybrid) suited to client needs and solution complexity.
