Role Description The Assistant Manager – Marketing & Communication will support the development and execution of marketing and communication strategies that position Aldovia as a premier resort and convention destination. This full-time, on-site role in Bengaluru involves managing day-to-day marketing activities, coordinating campaigns, and ensuring brand consistency across digital,



print, and on-property channels. Responsibilities include drafting and distributing press releases, creating content for promotional materials, overseeing social media and website updates, and collaborating with operations, sales, and events teams to promote key offerings. The role will also involve managing timelines and deliverables for marketing projects, monitoring performance metrics, and recommending enhancements to increase visibility, engagement, and bookings.
Qualifications
Strong communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication suited to hospitality audiences.
