We are looking for an energetic Growth Marketing Associate who can help us build our online presence, engage prospective customers and generate new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Publish articles, promotional content and product updates across LinkedIn, Instagram and other relevant social media platforms.
Help create engaging social media posts, captions and marketing messages.
Monitor social channels and respond to comments, messages and enquiries.
Develop ideas to improve engagement, reach and follower growth.
Identify and connect with prospective customers through social media, email, professional networks and other channels.
Generate, qualify and maintain a pipeline of potential leads.
Introduce Career Central’s products and services to prospective customers.




Follow up with leads and nurture relationships until they are ready for further sales discussions.
Make cold calls to potential customers when required.
Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations and follow-up activities.
Track the performance of marketing and outreach campaigns.
Use data and customer feedback to recommend improvements to marketing and sales activities.
Work closely with the founders and product team to understand the platform and communicate its value effectively.

Required Skills And Qualifications

0–1 year of experience in marketing, sales, business development, social media marketing or a related area.
Fresh graduates with relevant internship or project experience may also apply.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Basic understanding of marketing and sales principles.
Comfortable communicating with prospective customers through calls, email and social media.
Ability to write explicit and engaging content for digital chan
