About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Sales Officer to drive business growth across Indore and the assigned territory. The ideal candidate will have strong on-ground sales execution capability, good communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with physiotherapists, doctors, clinics, hospitals, and rehabilitation centres.
This is a field-focused, revenue-oriented role requiring regular customer visits, lead generation, product demonstrations, follow-ups, and order conversion. The Sales Officer will work closely with the Sales Manager and provide day-to-day updates on sales activities, customer interactions, follow-ups, and market feedback.

Key Responsibilities1. Sales & Revenue Generation
Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets for the Indore territory.
Conduct regular field visits to physiotherapy clinics, rehabilitation centres, hospitals, orthopaedic departments, sports medicine facilities, and other healthcare institutions.
Identify and generate recent leads through field visits, referrals, networking, and market mapping.




Follow up with prospective customers regularly and convert leads into orders.
Manage the sales process from lead generation and product demonstration to follow-up and order closure.
Maintain an updated list of leads, prospects, customer interactions, and pending follow-ups.
Identify new clinics, hospitals, rehabilitation centres, and other potential customers within the assigned territory.
Coordinate with the Sales Manager for important customer meetings, negotiations, and order closures.
2. Key Account & Relationship Management
Build and maintain professional relationships with physiotherapists, orthopaedic doctors, rehabilitation professionals, hospital staff, and procurement teams.
Conduct regular visits and follow-ups with existing and prospective customers.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products based on their needs.
