PROJECT COORDINATOR – PARAG PROJECT Project Scope: 125 Promoters | 6 Supervisors | SMAT Stores 1. Project Operations • Overall coordination and smooth execution of the Parag promoter program. • Ensure 125 promoters are deployed as per approved store allocation. • Monitor daily attendance, deployment, vacancies and replacements. • Ensure promoters follow store timings, grooming and SOPs. 2. Supervisor Management • Coordinate and guide 6 Supervisors on daily operations. • Allocate priorities, targets and corrective actions. • Review Supervisor performance and daily reports. • Conduct regular calls/meetings to resolve field-level issues. 3. Client Coordination • Act as the primary coordination point with Parag's Sales/Operations team. • Share daily/weekly project updates, manpower status and key issues. • Address client escalations and ensure timely closure. • Coordinate approvals for manpower, replacements, incentives and operational requirements. 4. Sales & Store Execution • Track promoter-wise and store-wise sales performance. • Monitor SKU availability, visibility,



stock and merchandising. • Identify low-performing stores/promoters and initiate corrective action. • Ensure execution of Parag schemes, promotions and visibility guidelines. 5. MIS & Reporting • Ensure timely submission of attendance, sales and field reports. • Validate data received from 6 Supervisors before sharing with client. • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly project dashboards. • Track KPIs: Attendance, Productivity, Sales, Coverage, Attrition & Vacancy. 6. Manpower & Compliance • Coordinate recruitment and replacement requirements. • Maintain updated promoter/store master data. • Monitor attrition and ensure minimum vacancy period. • Ensure statutory, company and client compliance. 7 . Application Coordination • Ensure 100% promoter onboarding and application activation. • Coordinate with the application/tech team for user ID creation, login and access issues. • Ensure promoters and Supervisors are t
