Role Description
We are looking for an Event Operations & Exhibitor Relations Executive for a full time, on-site position based in Vadodara.
The selected candidate will play an important role in coordinating with exhibitors from the time of booking until the completion of the exhibition. The role involves exhibitor onboarding, documentation, communication, online portal support, event coordination,



and on-ground assistance during the exhibition.
The candidate will work closely with the sales, marketing, design, accounts, and event operations teams to ensure that exhibitors receive timely information and a smooth overall experience.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with exhibitors after stall booking and guide them through the complete onboarding process.
Collect and verify exhibitor details, company information, logos, branding material, and other required documentation.
Assist exhibitors with online portal access, profile updates, forms, registrations, and event-related submissions.
Communicate important event information including stall details, timelines, setup instructions, venue guidelines, and deadlines.
Coordinate exhibitor requirements with internal departments such as accounts, design, operations, marketing, and event management.
