Timely release of offer data.
Compliance with agreed offer turnaround time.
Timely response to Sales and distributor requirements.
2. Accuracy

Accuracy of technical offer data.
Compliance with customer requirements/RFE.
Accuracy of product selection, sizing and BOM.
3. Performance

Effective data maintenance.
Development of technically and commercially optimized solutions.
Effective support to Sales and distributors.
Contribution to continuous improvement initiatives.
4. Sales & Distributor Support

Response time,

Role and Responsibility:

Customer Requirement & Technical Solution

Understand the customer’s requirements, application and ultimate objective.
Recommend the most appropriate, feasible, simple and economical solution.
Provide alternative solutions wherever required.
Ensure the proposed solution complies with applicable technical standards and organizational capabilities.
Prepare detailed technical solutions covering the complete scope of supply.
Support branches/distributors by providing checklists and identifying the required technical inputs.
Offer Engineering & Commercial Support

Prepare and release accurate offer data within the agreed timeline.
