Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Manager role based in Science City, Ahmedabad, intended for professionals with approximately 3 to 5 years of relevant experience and an immediate joining timeline. The Business Development Manager will identify and qualify new business opportunities,



build and maintain relationships with prospects and clients, and drive revenue growth for the agency. Daily responsibilities include conducting market research, pitching services, preparing proposals, managing the sales pipeline, and following up on leads through calls, meetings, and digital communication. The role involves collaborating closely with the marketing and delivery teams to align client requirements, ensure accurate scoping, and support smooth onboarding. The Business Development Manager will also track performance metrics, contribute to sales strategies, and represent MediaF5™ at client meetings, events, and networking opportunities.
Qualifications
Proven experience (3–5 years) in business development, sales, or client acquisition, preferably in digital marketing, advertising, or related services.
Strong skills in lead generation, prospecting, pipeline management, and converting opportunities into long-term
