About the role
Growvex Digital is a Jaipur-based performance marketing agency working with D2C and service brands on Meta, Google, and Shopify growth. You will own paid campaigns end-to-end - strategy, setup, creative testing, tracking, and ROAS — not just “run ads.”

What you will do
Plan, launch, and optimise Meta Ads (Advantage+, catalog, lead gen, conversion, Reels/Feed)
Run Google Ads where needed (Search, PMax, YouTube)
Own tracking: pixel, CAPI, GTM, Shopify events, UTM hygiene
Build weekly reports: spend, CPA, ROAS, MER, creative winners, next tests
Work with creatives/UGC so tests are structured, not random
Manage multiple accounts without mixing strategy or budgets
Flag account-health risks early (learning phase, fatigue, policy, tracking breaks)





Must have
1.5+ years running Meta Ads with real conversion campaigns (not only awareness/engagement)
Comfortable reading Ads Manager + breakdowns and deciding the next test
Understanding of ROAS, CPA, AOV, MER, attribution lag
Can explain one campaign you improved with numbers (before → after)

Good to have
Google Ads + GTM + Looker Studio
Shopify / D2C catalog ads
Agency experience (multiple clients)
Basic creative brief writing
