About the Role
We are looking for a smart, creative and highly internet-savvy Social Media Content Creator who lives and breathes social media.
This person will be responsible for creating content across Instagram, YouTube, Facebook and Snapchat - from reels and short-form videos to static posts, stories and other social formats.
More importantly, we are looking for someone who understands what makes content work. You should be someone who knows what is trending, understands internet culture, spots viral formats early and can quickly think of how to make those trends relevant to our brand and product.

We work 6 days a week.

What You'll Do
Create Reels, short-form videos, static posts, carousels, stories and other social media content.
Conceptualise content ideas from scratch and take them from idea → script/copy → creation → publishing.
Write compelling hooks, scripts, captions, headlines and on-screen copy.
Keep a constant pulse on what's trending across Instagram, YouTube, Facebook and Snapchat.
Identify viral trends, memes, formats,



sounds and conversations and quickly figure out how our brand can participate in them.
Create timely content around relevant trends rather than simply following a fixed content calendar.
Experiment with different content formats, hooks, storytelling styles and creative approaches.
Understand platform-specific content - what works on Instagram may not necessarily work on YouTube or Snapchat.
Track content performance and use learnings to continuously improve future content.
Work closely with the marketing/product team to understand the product and turn product features, use cases and ideas into engaging content.
What We're Looking For
1–3 years of experience in social media, content creation, digital marketing, or a similar role.
Solid understanding of Instagram, YouTube, Facebook and Snapchat.
Excellent writing and communication skills.
Ability to independently ideate, script, shoot/create and edit social content.
