Specialist Executive Manager—Full-stack web developer

We are seeking a senior front-end leader to shape strategy, architecture, and delivery for scalable digital experiences. This role combines hands-on technical leadership with people management, including recruitment, performance, and talent development. The ideal candidate will partner closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to align priorities to business goals, improve processes, and drive measurable impact across people, delivery, and outcomes.

Lead front-end strategy and architecture, delivering reusable components and libraries that support scalable, sustainable digital platforms.
Translate UI/UX designs and wireframes into polished, production-ready experiences that align with client objectives and user needs.
Evaluate technical feasibility and ensure front-end solutions meet standards for performance, responsiveness, accessibility, and brand consistency.
Apply contemporary front-end architecture, design patterns, and optimization techniques such as lazy loading and code splitting to improve reliability and user experience.
Partner with client stakeholders, product owners, designers, and engineering teams to shape delivery priorities, remove obstacles, and maintain momentum in Agile environments.
Anticipate emerging technology and capability needs to strengthen solution quality, team readiness, and long-term delivery success.
