Consolidated Analytics Inc is a key player in the US Real Estate space offering full suite of Mortgage support services to its clients. These comprise of Valuation services, Post Close Audit support, Fulfilment support, Default support, Investor Claims and consulting advisory services. Most importantly, the Due Diligence Division of CA Inc offers third party rating services (FITCH, SsP GLOBAL, KROLL, MORNINGSTAR, AND DRBS) through its unique underwriting solutions to customers in the Capital Markets space. The underwriting solution is also extended to both originations and default operations to some of the clients.

Bids are won on who has the largest capacity, quicker throughputs and scalable options.CA is seeking Senior Manager - Underwriting Operations, who can develop strategies, re-engineer process workflows, adopt cutting-edge technologies faster, build capacity and churn deliverables in a timely manner.

Current Operation Model
The current model of operations follows a seamless integrated model comprising of onshore and offshore team members. The offshore unit predominantly assists in performing bookmarking and data extraction activities on a loan file. The Data extraction is performed across Credit, Income and Compliance sections of the loan file. Bookmarking ensures bookmarking consistency across the labelling of each document, chronologically arranging similar documents, removal of duplicate documents, re-arranging misplaced documents and nesting bookmarks under a header bookmark.
