Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Legal Associate to join the Compliance & Legal Strategy team, with a primary focus on contract drafting, review, negotiation and contract lifecycle management. The role will involve working closely with business, products and other internal teams to understand requirements, provide practical legal inputs, identify and manage contractual risks, and ensure that agreements are aligned with business objectives.
The role will also provide exposure to corporate governance, regulatory and data protection requirements, SOPs, intellectual property and legal operations, offering an opportunity to work at the intersection of law, technology and business in a rapid-paced Legal Tech and ODR environment.

Key responsibilities

Contracting & Contract Lifecycle Management
Draft, review, negotiate and manage a wide range of service and business agreements with enterprises, partners, vendors, service providers and other stakeholders.
Identify and advise on key legal, commercial, regulatory and operational risks arising from contracts, while ensuring alignment with business requirements.
Maintain and improve standard contract templates, clauses, review checklists and playbooks to ensure consistency and efficiency.
Maintain contract trackers and repositories, including key obligations, renewals, termination dates and other contractual milestones, and support effective contract lifecycle management.
Assist in leveraging CLM and AI-enabled legal tools to improve contract review, management and turnaround time.
