Role – Guidewire Configuration/Integration lead
Location - Chennai/Hyderabad
Job summary -
Guidewire Configuration/Integration lead for a transformation project in Property and Casualty Insurance project.
Skills-
Experience in Guidewire Policy center Configuration/Integration preferably in insurance domain.
Hands-on experience in Product Model Configuration on coverages, coverage terms, availability conditions etc.
Strong experience in Guidewire integration patterns including predefined & custom plug-in, messaging destination, custom batch process, predefined and custom web services.
Experience in Integrating PolicyCenter with Enterprise applications and external reporting systems such as (but not limited to) motor vehicle reports, property reports, credit and clue reports etc.
Excellent leadership skills with ability to lead a team of 8 members




Should have a positive understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodology.
Certified in Guidewire Insurance Suite and Either of Configuration/Integration
Should have business communication skills.
Knowledge in Java, Spring, J2EE.
Experience preferred:
Overall 7+ years of experience with 3+ years in Guidewire Configuration/Integration.
Responsibilities:
Work as a Guidewire Lead to deliver product model/ integration requirements.
Estimate requirements and plan for the features and deliverables.
Planning and monitoring of the project deliverables for the entire team.
Communicate with onsite coordinators and customers.
Production implementation support
