Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to define technology strategy, enterprise architecture, and transformation roadmaps for our offshore team. This role designs and governs scalable, secure, future-ready technology architecture aligned with business goals — spanning applications, infrastructure, data, and integration — while working closely with onshore, offshore, and global stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Define and maintain the enterprise architecture roadmap, aligning technology strategy with business objectives
Develop target-state architectures and technology transformation roadmaps
Design end-to-end solution architectures spanning applications, data, integration, infrastructure, and security
Establish architecture principles, standards, patterns, and governance frameworks across the organization
Drive cloud, digital, and technology transformation initiatives, including modernization and migration programs
Collaborate with business, engineering, security, and onshore/offshore delivery teams to ensure architectural consistency




Evaluate emerging and existing technologies, recommending scalable, cost-effective, and secure solutions (cloud, microservices, APIs, AI/ML, etc.)
Conduct architecture reviews and provide architectural guidance across major programs and projects
Create and maintain architecture documentation, including reference architectures, roadmaps, and technical blueprints
Translate business requirements into technical solutions with business analysts, project managers, DevOps, and security teams
Identify risks, technical debt, and architectural gaps, proposing remediation strategies
Mentor solution architects and senior developers on architectural best practices
Ensure smooth collaboration across time zones with onshore/global stakeholders
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
15+ years of overall IT experience, with 4+ years in an Enterprise/Solution Arch
