We are currently seeking a highly organized and experienced Finance and Administration Manager to anchor our operations in Ahmedabad and support our mission.

Roles and Responsibilities:
As the Finance and Administration Manager, you will oversee the following:
Daily Accounting: Entry and verification of vouchers into Tally or suitable accounting software on a daily basis.
Data Management: Entry and verification of financial and activity data from bills/vouchers into spreadsheets for planning, monitoring, and review on a daily basis.
Payment Processing: Processing of payments to team members, vendors, partners, etc., after authorization, on a weekly basis.
Statutory & Internal Reporting: Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for audit, Income Tax, FCRA, Charity Commissioner, and other statutory returns,



as well as for internal monitoring and evaluation.
Travel Oversight: Review and monitoring of travel log sheets submitted by team members on a monthly basis.
Event Logistics: Support in administrative tasks such as organizing logistics for team events, board meetings, and other organizational events.
Field Monitoring: Regular visits to field offices for reviewing financial and administrative arrangements on the ground, as well as monitoring the condition of organizational assets.
Office & Asset Management: Repair and maintenance of the Ahmedabad office and assets, including finding tenants for the office and preparing rent/lease agreements.
Team & Stakeholder Coordination: Managing the overall work of the Finance and Administration team at Ahmedabad; coordinating with CAs, lawyers, tax consultants, and other vendors; coordinating with donors and regulators regarding financial transactions; and collaborating w
