Role Description This full-time, on-site Senior Sales Manager role is based in Ahmedabad and is responsible for driving sales growth for ProcorBay’s portfolio of flavor and fragrance chemicals. The Senior Sales Manager will lead and develop a sales team, set clear targets, and monitor performance to ensure achievement of revenue and margin objectives.



Daily responsibilities include identifying and pursuing current business opportunities, managing key accounts, conducting customer meetings and presentations, and negotiating contracts and pricing. The role also involves close collaboration with technical, product development, and marketing teams to align customer requirements with ProcorBay’s solutions, as well as preparing sales forecasts, reports, and market analyses for leadership. The Senior Sales Manager is expected to maintain strong customer relationships, represent the company at industry events, and uphold high standards of professionalism and ethics.
Qualifications
Proven expertise in B2B sales, account management, and business development, ideally within specialty chemicals, flavors, fragrances, or related industries.
Strong leadership skills, including team management, coaching, performance monitoring, and the ability to build a high-performing sales culture.
