About us:
Seventh Triangle is a Shopify Premier Partner martech and commerce agency led by former D2C founders. We run performance, retention, SEO/AEO, CRO and Shopify development for 40+ D2C brands across India, the UK, US and Middle East. We work in short sprints, decide on data, and are accountable to clients for revenue, not impressions.

The role:
You will own paid media and retention for 4 to 5 Indian D2C brands, with monthly budgets from ₹5L to ₹50L per account. This is not a media-buying seat. We expect you to understand unit economics, know why a brand's repeat rate matters and not just ROAS, and have a view on what the ad should say before the designer comes up with the first draft. You report to a Senior Marketing Manager and join client calls from week three.

What you will do:
Plan, run and scale Meta (Advantage+, catalogue, creative testing) and Google (PMax, Shopping, Search) campaigns against CAC, contribution margin.
Own the retention layer for your accounts: Email and WhatsApp flows, segmentation, and lifecycle campaigns on Klaviyo, Zepic or similar.




Write creative briefs from customer and competitor insight, and work with our design, video and UGC team to ship and test them weekly.
Contribute to brand positioning and messaging for your accounts, not just the ad copy
Read GA4, Shopify analytics and ad platform data to find what is actually driving revenue, and change the plan accordingly
Present weekly and monthly performance to clients, present the numbers, and recommend next moves.
Coordinate with our Tech, CRO, Design and SEO teams so campaigns land on pages that convert.

What valuable looks like at 90 days:
You are running your accounts without hand-holding, clients trust your numbers, at least one retention flow you built is producing measurable repeat revenue, and creative you briefed is beating the brand's previous best.

What this role is not:
A reporting role where someone else decides the strategy
A pure CRM or lifecycle role with no paid me
