What You'll Do
Entrepreneur Onboarding
● Manage the onboarding process for new entrepreneurs joining the program.
● Welcome entrepreneurs and serve as a friendly, professional first point of contact.
● Schedule and coordinate onboarding calls and meetings.
● Walk entrepreneurs through the services, resources, perks, and processes available to them.
● Understand their needs and ensure they know what to expect next.
● Follow up after onboarding to ensure they are successfully getting started. Entrepreneur Communication & Success
● Maintain regular communication with entrepreneurs through email, calls, and other communication channels.
● Answer questions and provide clear guidance on program processes and available services.
● Proactively follow up with entrepreneurs on pending actions, meetings, documents, and next steps. ● Build positive, professional relationships with entrepreneurs.
● Identify when an entrepreneur may need additional support and coordinate with the appropriate internal team member.




● Help create a consistently positive entrepreneur experience from onboarding through ongoing engagement. CRM & Follow-Up Management
● Maintain accurate entrepreneur records in the CRM.
● Log conversations, activities, notes, and follow-up actions.
● Track onboarding progress and outstanding tasks.
● Ensure follow-ups happen on time and no entrepreneur or action is missed.
● Use CRM data to stay organized and manage multiple entrepreneur relationships simultaneously.
● Support reporting and maintaining accurate databases and dashboards. Operations & Coordination ● Coordinate meetings, calls, webinars, workshops, and entrepreneur-related activities.
● Work across teams to ensure entrepreneur requests and next steps are completed.
● Maintain operational documentation and follow established processes.
● Identify gaps or repetitive tasks and suggest ways to make processes more efficient.
● Use tools such as Zoho, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and basic automation tools to impr
