Role Description This is a full-time, in office Talent Acquisition Executive role based in Jaipur. The Talent Acquisition Executive will manage end-to-end hiring processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing,



and coordinating offers for a range of roles, with a strong focus on business and technology positions. The role involves building and maintaining talent pipelines, partnering with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, and ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience. Daily responsibilities include posting job descriptions, leveraging online platforms and networks for recruitment, scheduling and conducting interviews, and maintaining accurate recruitment records and reports. The Talent Acquisition Executive will also support employer branding initiatives, contribute to recruitment strategies for Acolyte Technologies’ different brands, and collaborate with internal teams to improve hiring effectiveness and retention.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Recruiting and Hiring skills, including experience managing end-to-end recruitment cycles.
