About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Manager – Marketing to lead our brand strategy and execution
while working directly with the Founder. This role will own the brand narrative, campaigns,
content, creative direction, and customer experience across all channels, while ensuring
every initiative delivers measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Strategy
 Own and execute the overall brand strategy aligned with business goals.
 Define brand positioning, messaging, and annual campaign calendars.
 Ensure consistency across all customer touchpoints.

Campaigns & Product Launches
 Lead 360° campaigns across digital, social, influencer, CRM, PR, website, and offline
channels.
 Drive seasonal campaigns, product launches,



collaborations, and sales campaigns.
 Develop Go-to-Market strategies for every collection.

Content & Brand Storytelling
 Build and own the House of Chikankari brand narrative across all channels.
 Lead content strategy across social media, website, CRM, PR, packaging, and retail.
 Drive founder-led content and storytelling around collections, artisans, and
customers.
 Ensure all communication reflects the brand& tone, identity, and values.

Creative Leadership
 Lead photography, videography, design, copy, and art direction.
 Review and approve all major creative assets.
 Maintain premium creative standards across every touchpoint.
Customer Experience & Partnerships
 Enhance the brand experience across website, packaging, CRM, and customer
communication.
 Lead influencer, celebrity, PR, and strategic brand collaborations.
 Manage agency and external creative partners.
