Role Overview:

We are hiring a Presales & Business Development Manager to own the solution side of new-logo pursuits in North America. You will pair with our hunters and sales leadership from first meeting through signature: qualifying the opportunity, shaping the solution and commercial construct with delivery, leading the proposal, and carrying the pitch in front of CIO and CTO-level buyers.
This is a hands-on, outcome-measured role. Your success is the pipeline you help create and qualify across our service lines, the proposals you lead, and the deals that close. You will work directly with the founders and CXOs and shape how Galent sells, not just respond to what comes in.

Key Responsibilities
Pipeline and Pursuit Leadership
Partner with hunters and account owners to qualify new-logo opportunities and build pipeline across all four service lines
Lead pursuits end to end for multi-year application development, modernization and managed services deals, including RFI/RFP/RFQ responses and proactive proposals
Run the bid: pursuit plan, win themes, workstream owners,



review cadence and timeline to submission
Solutioning and Commercials
Translate client business problems into structured solutions across our service lines, working as a peer with delivery leads and solution architects on cloud, data platforms and AI-assisted SDLC
Build the estimate and commercial model: staffing pyramid, rate card, T&M; vs fixed price vs managed services constructs, transition and steady-state economics
Position the GalentAI platform and its services as concrete productivity, quality and cost outcomes for the client
Client Engagement and GTM
Lead orals, solution walkthroughs and executive presentations with US enterprise buyers; anchor discovery and due-diligence conversations with architecture, procurement and business stakeholders
Contribute to offering definition, sales collateral and partner-led motions with hyperscalers and system integrators
