About The Role

We are seeking a talented Sr. Salesforce Administrator to help support our Go-to-Market systems team. This role is focused on providing foundational, day-to-day support for our sales and operations teams. The ideal candidate will serve as the first line of defense for end user support,



focused on resolving access issues, troubleshooting standard platform errors, and performing minor configurations to keep our Salesforce environment running smoothly. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring the Salesforce platform effectively supports business processes and enhances overall productivity.

Qualifications

7+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator, demonstrating a solid understanding of Salesforce platform functionalities and best practices.
Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM 201) credential is highly preferred, validating your expertise in Salesforce administration.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interface effectively with end users to gather information, explain technical issues clearly, and provide timely updates on support tickets.
Strong problem-solving skills, capable of deep diving into issue
