Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Paid Media (Google Ads) role based at ROI Mantra’s delivery center in Noida (Delhi NCR), India. The Paid Media Specialist will plan, build, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across search, display, shopping,



and video to meet performance and ROI targets. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting keyword and audience research, setting up ad groups and targeting, managing budgets and bids, and continuously testing ad creatives and landing pages. The role involves monitoring campaign performance, analyzing data, preparing regular reports, and recommending improvements based on measurable outcomes. Collaboration with internal teams (SEO, content, design, and account management) is key to aligning campaign strategies with client goals and ensuring consistent, high-quality delivery.
Qualifications
Strong media planning skills, including budget allocation, forecasting, and performance optimization for Google Ads campaigns.
