About the Role
We're looking for a driven, detail-oriented Operations Specialist to join our Mumbai team in a hands-on, multi-functional role supporting our UK & Ireland teams.



You'll manage the end-to-end jewellery order lifecycle, coordinate with suppliers, and help ensure smooth daily operations from our India office. Prior experience in the Gem & Jewellery industry is a plus but not required.

Key Responsibilities
Lead day-to-day operations of the India office while supporting UK & Ireland teams
Manage the complete jewellery order lifecycle — from order receipt through supplier allocation, production, quality control, logistics, and final delivery
Assign orders to suppliers and monitor production schedules to ensure deadlines are met
Build and maintain robust supplier relationships, managing communication and resolving issues
Oversee quality control to ensure all jewellery meets company standards before dispatch
Coordinate with the Sales team to resolve missing order information and operational queries
Oversee printing and management of jewellery certificates, ensuring accuracy and timely process
