Role Description The WIND TURBINE LATTICE STRUCTURE ERECTION TRAINER will deliver technical training on the erection, assembly, and inspection of wind turbine lattice structures,



following industry safety and quality standards. This in office role, based in Andhra Pradesh, India, involves conducting classroom and hands-on training sessions, preparing lesson plans and instructional materials, and demonstrating proper tools, equipment use, and field procedures. The trainer will guide learners through site preparation, structural alignment, bolting and fastening techniques, rigging and lifting operations, and basic troubleshooting during erection activities. Responsibilities include assessing learner performance, providing constructive feedback, maintaining training records, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and organizational policies. The role also includes collaborating with internal teams and industry partners to keep course content aligned with evolving technologies and best practices.
