Role Description This is a full-time Sales Executive role based in Tezpur with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing some tasks to be performed from home. The Sales Executive will identify and qualify recent business opportunities for elevators, escalators, and walkways, manage leads, and build a robust sales pipeline. Responsibilities include meeting with prospective and existing clients, preparing proposals and quotations, negotiating contract terms,



and following up to close deals. The role also involves coordinating with engineering and operations teams to ensure accurate technical inputs in proposals, tracking project progress relevant to sales, and maintaining detailed sales reports and documentation. The Sales Executive will be expected to represent JCNT Elevators professionally at client meetings, site visits, and local industry events while meeting or exceeding assigned sales targets.
Qualifications
Ability to develop and manage client relationships, including strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Competence in sales planning and pipeline management, including lead generation, opportunity tracking, and sales reporting.
Basic technical understanding of elevators, escalators, and related engineering concepts, or willingness to learn quickly.
