We are looking for a results-driven Google Ads Expert to manage and scale paid advertising campaigns for our e-commerce sportswear business. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Google Ads, Performance Max, Shopping Ads, Search Ads, conversion tracking, Merchant Center, and e-commerce performance optimization.
The primary objective will be to increase online sales, improve ROAS, reduce CPA, and scale profitable campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns.
Manage Performance Max, Shopping, Search, Display, and YouTube campaigns.
Develop product-focused campaigns for e-commerce sales.
Optimize campaigns based on ROAS, CPA, conversion rate, revenue, and profitability.
Manage and optimize Google Merchant Center product feeds.
Create effective asset groups, audience signals, search themes, product groups, and campaign structures.
Conduct regular keyword research, search-term analysis, competitor analysis, and negative keyword optimization.




Monitor product-level performance and identify high-performing and underperforming products.
Allocate budgets based on campaign and product performance.
Implement strategies for campaign scaling without compromising ROAS.
Set up, audit, and troubleshoot conversion tracking and attribution.
Work with GA4, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads conversion tracking, and Merchant Center.
Analyze customer acquisition and remarketing opportunities.
Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
Continuously test ad creatives, headlines, landing pages, bidding strategies, audiences, and campaign structures.
Coordinate with the SEO, creative, website, and e-commerce teams to improve overall performance.
Required Skills
Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads.
Excellent understanding of Performance Max and Google Shopping Ads.
Solid knowledge of e-commerce advertising and product feeds.
Experience with Google Merchant Center.
Good understanding of GA4 and G
