Role Description The Business Development Associate will support the expansion of Collavora’s client base and revenue streams through proactive outreach, lead management, and market analysis. This full-time, on-site role is based in Kolkata and involves identifying prospective clients, qualifying leads, and scheduling meetings or demos for senior team members. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, maintaining accurate records in CRM tools,



preparing business proposals or presentations, and following up with potential and existing clients to nurture relationships. The role also includes collaborating with internal teams to align offerings with client needs and providing timely, professional customer service to ensure positive experiences throughout the business development cycle.
