About the Role
We are building a design-as-a-service studio providing ongoing graphic design and UI/UX support to startups, growing businesses, and organizations through a predictable monthly subscription model.
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to help us build our client base from the ground up.
This is a hands-on role focused on identifying potential clients, connecting with decision-makers, qualifying opportunities, booking discovery calls, managing follow-ups, and converting prospects into long-term clients.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Outbound Sales
Research and identify potential B2B clients across startups, SMEs, SaaS companies, D2C brands, agencies, and other relevant segments.
Build and maintain a qualified prospect database.
Identify founders, marketing heads, product heads, and other decision-makers.
Conduct personalized outreach through email, LinkedIn, phone, and other relevant channels.
Clearly communicate the value of our design subscription and generate qualified opportunities.




Lead Qualification & Appointment Setting
Understand prospects' business, design requirements, budget, timeline, and decision-making process.
Qualify and prioritize suitable opportunities.
Schedule and coordinate discovery calls with qualified prospects.
Maintain an accurate and healthy sales pipeline.
Sales Follow-up & Support
Consistently follow up with prospects after outreach, meetings, and proposals.
Track all activities and follow-ups in the CRM.
Identify objections and communicate insights to the founder/sales lead.
Prepare proposal drafts using established templates and support proposal discussions and negotiations.
Follow approved pricing and commercial guidelines.
Partnerships & Market Development
Identify and develop referral and strategic partnerships with marketing agencies, web development companies, consultants, and other complementary businesses.
