What you’ll do:
Develop and optimize cosmetic formulations from concept to launch.
Work on stability, compatibility, efficacy, and product testing.
Troubleshoot formulations and support production scale-up.
Ensure regulatory, GMP, and quality compliance.
Work closely with Marketing, QA, Regulatory, and Production teams.
Mentor junior chemists and maintain accurate R&D; documentation.
What we’re looking for:
Bachelor’s/Master’s in Chemistry,



Cosmetic Science, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field.
Strong experience in cosmetic/personal care formulation.
Good knowledge of cosmetic ingredients, INCI, and raw material interactions.
Understanding of global cosmetic regulations and testing methods.
Strong problem-solving, project management, and communication skills.
