Role Description This Management Intern role is an internship position based in Jaipur with a hybrid work arrangement, combining in office collaboration and some work-from-home flexibility. The intern will support consulting projects by assisting with Client Management, research, data collection,



process documentation, and preparation of client-facing materials such as reports and presentations. Day-to-day responsibilities may include helping map organizational structures, coordinating with client teams, and contributing to growth and training strategy initiatives. The intern will also help in planning and logistics for training programs, tracking outcomes, and maintaining project documentation. The intern will gain exposure to business consulting, HR architecture, and corporate training delivery.
