Lotus Hospital is looking for an experienced and hands-on healthcare professional to lead its day-to-day operations and business growth.
We are looking for someone who can take ownership, build solid teams, improve operational efficiency and help take the hospital to its next stage of growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end day-to-day hospital operations
• Drive OPD, IPD, occupancy and overall revenue growth
• Improve OT, diagnostics and other service utilisation
• Develop and strengthen the doctor/consultant network
• Build referral, corporate, TPA and institutional business
• Improve patient experience and service quality
• Lead and coordinate hospital teams across functions
• Monitor costs, collections, productivity and operational efficiency
• Track MIS, revenue and key business performance indicators
• Work closely with the promoters on growth strategy and execution

Who We Are Looking For




✓ 10+ years of relevant Hospital/Healthcare experience preferred
✓ Experience in hospital operations and business growth
✓ Leadership experience in a multispecialty hospital preferred
✓ Strong understanding of OPD, IPD, doctor management and hospital revenue
✓ Commercial mindset with strong people-management skills
✓ Kolkata/West Bengal healthcare network will be an advantage
✓ Fluency in Bengali is mandatory
